This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Shenyugoumeng Technology Co., Ltd. ("DeepDream," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Dawnline.
Dawnline is a jet lag planning app for cross-time-zone travel.
1. Information We Process
Dawnline does not require account registration.
To generate travel rhythm plans, Dawnline may process information you enter or select in the app, such as:
- origin and destination
- departure and arrival time
- stay duration
- trip preferences
- sleep, light, caffeine, and optional melatonin planning preferences
- saved journey plans and app settings
This information is primarily stored locally on your device.
2. Flight Lookup Information
If you use flight-number lookup, Dawnline may send limited flight query information to DeepDream's backend and, when necessary, third-party flight data providers in order to return flight schedule information.
This may include:
- flight number
- selected travel date
- route-related information needed to identify the requested flight
- an anonymous installation identifier
- technical request information needed to process the request
Flight lookup is used to provide flight information and improve the trip creation experience. Dawnline does not use flight lookup information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Dawnline does not send your Apple ID, email address, name, passport information, payment card information, or precise identity information for flight lookup.
Dawnline does not expose third-party API keys inside the iOS app.
3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Offer Codes
In-app purchases, subscriptions, and offer-code redemption are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Apple may provide transaction status information needed for Dawnline to determine whether you have access to purchased features.

4. Data Stored on Your Device
Dawnline may store trip plans, preferences, purchase access states, and related app data locally on your device.
If you delete the app or reset your device, local data may be deleted. Dawnline 1.0 does not require account registration and does not guarantee cross-device sync.
5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Dawnline does not use third-party advertising tracking.
We do not sell your personal data.
Dawnline does not use flight lookup information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
If analytics, crash reporting, or additional third-party services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as required.
6. Backend and Technical Logs
When Dawnline communicates with DeepDream's backend, our hosting or service providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, endpoint, status code, and basic diagnostic logs.
These logs are used for security, debugging, reliability, abuse prevention, and service operation.
We aim to keep such information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
7. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- generate jet lag adjustment plans
- display saved trips and preferences
- provide flight lookup results
- verify access to purchased features
- process App Store purchase and offer-code access states
- maintain app functionality, security, and reliability
- respond to support and privacy requests
8. Sharing of Information
We may share limited information with:
- Apple, for App Store purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and offer-code handling
- flight data providers, when you use flight lookup
- infrastructure providers, for hosting, security, logging, and service operation
- authorities or other parties if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security
We do not sell personal data.
9. Children
Dawnline is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. International Processing
Dawnline and related services may be operated from different countries or regions. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed in locations where our service providers operate.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Choices
You can:
- delete trips or app data within the app where supported
- delete the app from your device
- manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
- contact us with privacy questions or requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict certain personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
