Dawnline Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Dawnline, a mobile application provided by Shenzhen Shenyugoumeng Technology Co., Ltd. ("DeepDream," "we," "us," or "our").

By using Dawnline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Dawnline

Dawnline is a jet lag planning app for cross-time-zone travel. It helps users create general travel rhythm plans based on trip details such as origin, destination, departure time, arrival time, stay duration, and selected preferences.

Dawnline may provide suggestions related to sleep, light exposure, caffeine timing, and optional melatonin timing.

2. Not Medical Advice

Dawnline is provided for general travel wellness and lifestyle planning only.

Dawnline does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

If you have a medical condition, sleep disorder, medication concerns, are pregnant, or have questions about caffeine or melatonin use, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Dawnline and for making safe decisions during travel.

You should not follow any app suggestion when doing so would be unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with medical, professional, airline, airport, workplace, or local requirements.

Travel plans, flight schedules, time zones, and personal conditions may change. You are responsible for checking important travel information independently.

4. Flight and Third-Party Data

Dawnline may provide flight lookup features through DeepDream's backend and third-party flight data providers.

Flight information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Dawnline does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of flight data.

You should always confirm flight details with your airline, airport, or official travel provider.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Dawnline may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store.

Available products may include:

  • Single Trip: unlocks one additional journey plan
  • Yearly Pro: unlocks Pro access for one year

All purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not process your payment card information directly.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

6. Local Data and Device Storage

Dawnline is designed to work without account registration. Trip plans, preferences, and purchase access states may be stored locally on your device.

If you delete the app, reset your device, or switch devices, some local data may be lost unless otherwise supported by Apple or the app in the future.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation
  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app except as permitted by law
  • use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • attempt to access systems, data, or services without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

Dawnline, including its design, software, content, branding, and related materials, is owned by DeepDream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Dawnline or any related intellectual property.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Dawnline at any time. Some features may depend on third-party services, Apple services, network availability, or device compatibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Disclaimer

Dawnline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepDream disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepDream will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, travel disruption, missed flights, health-related outcomes, or financial losses arising from your use of Dawnline.
